Shipping policy
Our orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and because we work with global suppliers, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination. All shipments include tracking, which may take 2–5 days to update, and multi‑item orders may arrive separately. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and we cannot refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses or marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
